Some of the visitors only stay one day in Tehran so there is only enough time to visit the south part of the city where the museums are, but if you stay for two or three days in Tehran, manage your program to spend some time in one of the four book cities (Alef, Fereshteh, Niavaran, Book Land) of this neighborhood.

After your visit of Sa’d Abad palace you can spend one or two hours in Alef book city. There are some separated sections such as:

• Stationary section
• Foreign languages books part
• Gift shop
• Children publication and training

You can get to know some local people in this book store and have some small conversation with them.
