If you are looking for a quite place to experience some cultural setting in Tehran, then our suggestion is the central book city. It is the biggest book city in the whole country with lots of facilities, such as:

• Cafe
• Gift shop
• Music store
• Magazines corner
• Stationary section
• Children publications with entertainment for them

It offers different types of books and there is a special section for foreign languages books (Don’t expect this part to be so big with a variety of books). You can look for artistic products in the gift shop and buy lots of souvenirs. The other interesting part is music store, where you can listen to music and then buying new albums of Iranian musicians, from traditional to pop music.

There is a quite cafe on the first floor, where you drink some good coffee, tea or infusion and read your selected books before buying. The prices are not high and there is wi-fi available in the cafe to check your social media ;-).
