Things To Do
So what is your list of favorite things to do? We have written about the monuments on the Yazd itinerary page but if you are looking for some adventure in the outskirt of the city, the suggestions are as below:
- The first option is definitely TaFt village, 30 minutes drive away from the city, where it is famous for its nice weather and pomegranates gardens. Go for some trekking in the village and if you like mountain climbing then stay a night in Nartitee Eco-lodge and in the morning go to Shirkooh mountain for climbing. Don’t forget to visit Sadri Garden in this village to have some tea in the evening.

Accommodation: This is the best city to support the idea of responsible tourism and stay in traditional hotels in Fahadan neighborhood.
Activities: After visiting the monuments, spend a little time in the cafes in front of the Friday mosque to enjoy the view and watch local people who are shopping in the stores around. Make sure to visit some cloth weaning workshops, that is the main souvenir of the city.
